The Firm's Probate, Trusts and Guardianship Practice Section focuses on providing Wills and Trusts that are specifically tailored to meet our client's individual needs. For those who have lost a loved one, the Firm is prepared to assist the Trustees and Personal Representatives with the administration of trusts and estates in accordance with the stringent rules of Florida law.

Through the use of Advance Directives and Trusts, our estate planning attorneys encourage our clients to plan for incapacity. However, should a loved one become incapacitated with no Advance Directives in place, we can assist in the establishment of a guardianship to watch over the physical, emotional, and financial concerns of the incapacitated individual.
