Cobb Cole's Business and Corporate Practice Section focuses on legal issues affecting businesses and business owners at the federal, state and local levels. The Business and Corporate Practice Section offers both large and small business clients a wide variety of legal services and general representation in various areas of business and corporate law, including regulatory compliance, business organizations and maintenance, mergers, acquisitions, and dispositions of stock and assets, contract review and negotiation, and when necessary, commercial litigation. The lawyers of Cobb Cole's Business and Corporate Practice Section also have experience in the fields of securities law, qualified and non-qualified benefit plans, and taxation.
